Troubleshooting using Discount Codes

If you were provided a discount code from an event director and it is not working, here are some reasons why and what you can do!

1. The discount code provided is not active. 

• If this is the case, reach out to the event director to verify the code and work to fix it. 

2. The discount code provided is not for the selected event that you are attempting to use it for.

• If this is the case, reach out to the event director to verify the code and work to fix it.

Note: All discount codes are created by the event director. Reach out to them to check if any of the above problems are the issue.
