How to register for an event

If you are looking to register your team(s) for an event, there are a few different options! 

1. Locate an event through our event finder on the Scorbot Events Page.

2. Input any search criteria that you have for your event. (See our "How to find events" article here.)

3. Once you have found an event you would like to register for, click  .

4. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to login or create an account.

5. To register a singular team, select the "1 Team" section. If you would like to register multiple teams, choose what best suits your needs. 

If you are registering multiple teams, you will need to go through and complete the following process for each team before you can complete the registration. 

6. Select the team that you would like to register. If you have not yet created the team that you are looking to register, you can do so by clicking on the button. If you need assistance creating a team, find our help article here. Once you have selected the team you would like to register for the event, click "Continue". 

7. Select the correct division and talent level for your team, and click "Continue". (If your team is not qualified for any of the divisions/ talent levels set by the event director, you will not be able to proceed.)

8. Once you have selected which team you would like to register, click . This will take you to the checkout page. 

9. If you have a discount code provided by the event director, you can enter that here. Otherwise, add any necessary notes, answer any questions asked by the event director and click register. 

If registering multiple events, the price breakdown will look something like this. 

If you are preregistering a team, the payment breakdown will look something like this: 

10. You will be redirected to a payment platform setup by the event directors. Complete the payment and your team(s) will be registered! (See our "Finances" Help Center here.)

11. Once you have completed the purchase, you will be redirected to the receipt page. The process is complete. You can view events you are registered for under the tab on your Dashboard.
