How to use your package credits

If you have purchased package credits for your team, here is how you can redeem them: 

Login to your Scorbot account, and navigate to your Dashboard. 

1. Click on the tab. 

2. Click on the tab within the team page. 

3. Here, you can either view the credits you have already redeemed with the    button found next to a credit that says , or you can redeem unused credits with the button found next to a credit that says .                                            

4. If you are redeeming a credit, select the button found next to a credit that says.  

5. A pop-up will appear, showing all of the events available to be registered for with the credits you purchased. Select the event you would like to register for using the button next to the correlating event. 

6. Choose the division you want to register for and complete the registration process. 

7. Fill out the remaining questions, and if you have an invite code, enter it here. Be sure to check the box at the bottom, notated by an arrow in the image below. (if applicable) 

8. Your credits will be applied automatically. Click on the button to finish the process! 

9. You will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

Notes:

Event packages are tied to a specific team and cannot be sold or transferred to another team.

Event credits can be used for any events listed in the package.
