In order to create a season for your team(s), login to your account and lets walkthrough how to get that done.
- On your Dashboard, select the tab and find the team you want to create a season for.
- Select the tab.
- Click on .
1. Enter the dates that you would like your season to be active.
2. Enter the seasons details.
3. Add the season registration information. Here you will decide the cost of each player to join your season.
- If you would like, you can create a payment plan for players who are unable to pay the season dues all at once. Just toggle on the option, and edit the payment plan to meet your needs.
- You can decide what deposit amount you would like to require, and how many payments you would like to allow for. Our system will complete the math for you to help make this process easy.
4. Add or create any registration forms you would like to require players to complete when registering for your season. Find our help article on how to create forms here.
5. Select whichever billing account you would like to use for teams to pay the club dues. Find how to set up your billing account here.
Be sure to hit the button once you are finished.
Once your season is published, you will be able to view, edit, archive, clone, and invite a parent to the season! You can find your published seasons under the tab.
