How to invite a parent/player to register for a season

In order to invite a parent/player to register for your team(s), login to your account and lets walkthrough how to get that done. 

1. On your Dashboard, select the tab and find the team you want to invite a parent/player to register for.

2. Select the  tab, or the tab. 

3. If you selected the  tab, click on the button to view the drop down menu. If you selected the tab, select . 

4.  tab: Select from the list of options.

5. Enter the parents phone number, toggle on or off the "Eligible for Installment plan" (If you created your season's installment plan to be "invite only") and click .

6. After you send the invite, you will see a confirmation screen, and will have the option to send another invite, or copy the invite link. 

7. The parent will receive a test message that will look similar to the following example:

8. Once the parent clicks on the registration link, they will be taken to the player registration page for the team they were invited to. From here they have the availability to select an existing player profile, or create a new player profile. 

9. They will then fill out the registration form, and provide any additional information necessary to complete their players registration to your team. If your season is "invite only" they will need to enter the invite code you created. Find our help article on how to create an invite code here. 

10. Once the parent completes their players profile, you will be able to see the player under your roster. 

11. The information that the parent enters during the registration process is imported to your team roster.
