Building your roster

There are two ways to build your required roster. 

1. 1. Club Programs have the option to utilize our team management system by sending an invite to parents so they can complete the player profile with the information required and pay the club dues for the season.
      • Published Tryouts: Within the tryout feature, the players profile has been previously filled out by parents during the tryout registration process, and coaches can simply move the players profile to their team roster.
      • Parent Invite: If the tryout feature is not used, once a player is manually added to a team, the coach or team admin will send an invite code to the players parent to complete their player profile. 
   2. A Head Coach or Team Admin will have the ability to manually input the player profiles. No uploads are accepted in this process due to the age verification process that the Scorbot software validates.

Note: If age and grade requirements are not met, players cannot be saved to the roster.
