How to record game results

If you were given the important job of recording the event game results, here is how you will do it!

1. After each game, you will text the scores into Scorbot with the event specific phone number located at the top of the event schedule page, with the corresponding Game ID for that match.

• Game ID's can be found on the master schedule and games by sight. 

Be sure that the format of the text messages is correct.

If you are having issues sending scores in, here is some troubleshooting help: 

1. Ensure that your event director has added your phone number correctly under Facility Setup.

• If your event has multiple event spaces, ensure that your phone number is assigned to each individual event space that you will be entering scores into Scorbot. (Example: ABC Court 1 & ABC Court 2)

2. If you receive an error code upon entering scores, have your event director check that the invoice has been paid, before the start of the event. (Error Codes Help Here) 

• • If the invoice is not paid, the event is inactive and scores cannot be recorded.
  • Once the invoice has been paid, the event will enter an active status and scores can then be sent in and recorded.
