Error Code (1): Game Scores are undetected
- Be sure that the format of the text messages is correct.
- Game ID {Space} Home Score {Space} Visitor Score
Error Code (4): Tournament is Inactive or Closed

- Ensure that Staff phone numbers are entered correctly under Facility Setup.
- If your event has multiple event spaces, ensure that your staff members and their phone numbers are assigned to each individual event space that they will be entering scores into Scorbot. (Example: ABC Court 1 & ABC Court 2)
- Check that the invoice has been paid, before the start of the event.
- If the invoice is not paid, the event is inactive and scores cannot be recorded.
- Once the invoice has been paid, the event will enter an active status.
- Invoices are sent via the email that your account was established with.
- Be sure you check your junk and spam folders.
- Ensure that Staff phone numbers are entered correctly under Facility Setup.
Error Code (6): Invalid Game ID
- Be sure that the game ID number is correct.
- To find game IDs, look for the 'Games by Sight' or 'Master Schedule' sections in the 'Reports' tab. The IDs are listed on the left side of the schedule.
Error Code MISSING SCORES

- If a score has not been sent into the Scorbot system between the end of one game, and the start of the next game, you will receive this error message reminding you to enter game scores.
