I didn't receive an email from Scorbot

Double-check the email address and phone number associated with your account. If incorrect, please update them in your account settings.

Look for emails from Scorbot in your spam or junk folders. If found, add our email address to your safe list or contacts to ensure future emails are delivered.

Check under account settings to be sure you have the email notification setting on, by default, its global.
