If you have forgotten your password, and you did not receive a texted code to reset it, check these things:
1. Ensure that the phone number attached to your account is correct by checking the last 4 digits of the phone number displayed, before you send the passcode reset link.
2. Check any alternative phone numbers that might have been used to create your account profile.
