If you need to edit your event's registration list for any reason, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Login or signup with granted access to an event.
2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
4. Click on the tab.
5. View the live data table.
6. Select next to the team registration that needs to be edited.
7. You will have access to the following options:
- Change Status
- Team Name
- Coach Info
- Team Division
- Competition Level
- Notes
8. Be sure to check the Status of the team and change if needed.
Cancelled: Team has cancelled their registration.
On Hold: Team is not fully registered, either because of an incomplete or invalid roster, failed payment, or other.
Marked as Paid: Team has paid through different means.
Unpaid: Team has not paid for their teams registration.
Refund: Team has requested a refund.
Remove from Schedule: Team needs to be removed from schedule.
Refunding: Refund is in process.
Refunded: Teams requested refund has been completed.
9. Make the necessary changes and click Submit to save your changes.
