How to reset your password (mobile)

If you have forgotten your password, there is no need to be concerned. Follow these simple steps:

1. Enter the phone number you used to register.

2. Click “Login with OTP" or "Forgot Password".

3. IF you select "Login with O-T-P", you will receive a texted one-time-passcode to the phone number that was used to set up the account. Enter that code and click "Verify."

4. IF you select "Forgot Password", you will receive a texted one-time-passcode to the phone number that was used to set up the account. Enter that code and click "Verify." (See Step 3.)

5. Create a new password. Be sure to write it down!
