How to request a refund (Fans & Teams)

We are a third-party service that is used by the events that you attend. 

If you find yourself needing a refund, you will need to ask the event director to submit the request for you. Once that request is approved and submitted by the event director, your refund will be processed and you should see those funds returned to your account in 5-10 business days. 

Reminder: Service fees are non-refundable.
