How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your password, there is no need to be concerned. Follow these simple steps:

1. Enter the phone number you used to register.

2. Click “Login with O-T-P" or "Forgot Password".

3. IF you select "Login with O-T-P", you will receive a texted one-time-passcode to the phone number that was used to set up the account. Enter that code and click "Verify."

4. IF you select "Forgot Password", enter the phone number used to create your account.  Select the "Send OTP to Rest Password" button. You will receive a one-time-passcode to login to your account. (See Step 3.)

5. Create a new password. Be sure to write it down!
