1. Login or Create an Account:
- Make sure you're logged in to your account.
- Note: Even if you already have a Stripe account, you need to set up a new Stripe account through Scorbots platform. This is essential for successful payouts.
2. Select Your Role:
- Ensure your role is selected as Event Director, Event Staff, or Organization Owner, or Team Owner within Scorbot.
3. Navigate to Payouts:
- Within the "Account" tab on your Dashboard, find the "Stripe Configuration".
- Once you have selected "Stripe Configuration", you will be redirected to the onboarding platform.
4. Enter Contact Information:
- Provide your email address.
5. Verify Your Identity:
- Stripe will send a verification code to your phone. Enter it into the required fields.
6. Specify Business Type:
- Indicate the type of business you'll be receiving payouts for.
7. Verify Personal Details:

- Enter your legal name, date of birth, and home address, and social security number.
8. Provide Business Details:

- Fill in the necessary information about your business. Consider selecting "Other entertainment and recreation" under the "Entertainment and Recreation" tab.
9. Choose a Payout Account:
- Select a bank account or debit card for payouts.
10. Connect Bank Account or Enter Card Details:
- If using a bank account, log in to your bank through Stripe's Link. If using a debit card, enter the card information.
11. Add details for the public:
- Add your company's name so your customers know who your charge is from!
12. Review and Submit:

- Double-check all information for accuracy, then submit.
13. Access Stripe Dashboard:
- Your Stripe information will now be available in the "Payment Dashboard" tab, accessible from your Dashboard.
